Helpful details to include

• Bugs: the page address, your browser and device, and what you expected to happen.
• Pattern corrections: the pattern name and the row and column (numbers are printed on every chart page).
• Accessibility: the assistive technology you use and where you got stuck.

Please don’t send photos or project files unless we ask; the tools never need them, and we don’t want personal images by email. If a problem only happens with one image, describing it (size, format, where it came from) is usually enough.

• Lost a project? Projects are stored only in the browser where they were made; we can’t see or recover them. See Privacy.
